Prepare feasibility study for construction of 3rd Karnaphuli bridge including site selection and approach road at both ends.

 

 

 

 

Detailed Description of Actual Services Provided by the Staff:

 

Feasibility Study for construction of a new bridge in place of the existing Shah Amanat Bridge (called the second bridge). The study includes - development of traffic across Karnafuli river, possible crossing alternatives, transport alternatives, design aspects of bridge and river works, preliminary design for bridge and river training work, environmental and social impact assessment, cost estimate and economic evaluation.
