Description of the Project: The project is located at Southwest region of |

of Actual Services Provided by our company: Collection, review
and analysis of existing topo and planning maps and hydrological data/reports
etc. as available; Engineering survey of khals/drainage channels,
embankment and proposed hydraulic structure sites with the proposal of
converting the peripheral embankment into rural road; Agro-Socio-Economic
survey of the locality; Identification of integrated flood control, drainage,
irrigation, pisciculture and other development planning options; Establish
design criteria and planning concepts, prepare project layouts including
development of growth centre inside and outside the polder area with the plan
of Jetty/Landing facilities of country boat (during flood period country boat
is only communication inside the polders), feasibility level engineering
designs and drawings of other relevant project components; Assessment of
environmental impact on all resources and evaluation of the project;
Preparation of cost estimates of project works on the basis of recent actual
contract rates; Study of soil characteristic, land capability and preparation
of cropping patterns and suggest future cropping patterns. The
responsibilities also included development of innovative ideas and design and
layout of Flood Shelter for Human as well as development of high plat forms
for cattles). |
