Detail Narrative
Description of the Project: A major flood took place from July to September 1998
which significantly damaged BWDB’s infrastructures throughout the country.
GOB requested different donor agencies for financial assistance for making a
survey to assess the damages caused. The Govt. of Australia and UNDP have
agreed to extend financial help for this assessment work and so the
consultant was appointed. |

Detail Description
of Actual Services Provided by our company: Made physical survey of the damaged areas, assessed the
damages caused, suggested the measures to be taken for repair and
reconstruction of the damaged infrastructure, preparation of cost estimate
for such reconstruction works and prepared detailed report incorporating all
these aspects. |
