About Us

Design Planning & Management Consultants Limited (DPM) was established in 1987 and is registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, Bangladesh. DPM is a member of the Bangladesh Association of Consulting Engineers (BACE) and is certified under ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System).

The firm provides comprehensive consultancy services, including technical advice and consultation; pre-feasibility and feasibility studies; surveys and investigations; detailed structural and architectural design and drawings; full-time construction supervision; project management and monitoring during implementation; project management consultancy; land use and physical planning; project benefit monitoring and impact assessment; construction supervision; and master planning.

DPM undertakes assignments independently as well as through consortiums, associations, or joint ventures with local and international consulting engineering firms, as required. The company is also registered with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) under Registration No. 002871.

Since its inception, DPM has been involved in numerous large and significant projects for government agencies and private organizations in Bangladesh, including the Local Government Engineering Department (LGED), Roads & Highways Department (RHD), Chattogram Development Authority (CDA), Bangladesh Water Development Board (BWDB), Bangladesh Railway, RAJUK, Dhaka Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (DWASA), Khulna WASA (KWASA), Chattogram WASA (CWASA), and Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority.

DPM’s professionals possess extensive experience both locally and internationally. The firm has successfully executed projects in India, Macau, Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Nepal, Bhutan, and Georgia.
